AFRICA FASHION WEEK LONDON
So the Bonafide Supernova team were invited to Africa Fashion Week London as press this year, for those of you that don’t know Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) is the biggest African Fashion exhibit in London it also takes place in Paris, New York and Africa of course!
Africa Fashion Week mixes Western and African culture through fashion whilst promoting Africa’s rich ethnic culture and interpreting it into contemporary designs. AFWL took place at Old Spitalfields Market London and was a fantastic experience, I urge that if you really are a lover of fashion to definitely check it out next year. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity, in regards to the designs and concepts amongst each collection. The catwalk was captivating at every glance and the clothing breathed African culture yet was completely wearable and equally as fashionable within western society.
Africa is a major player in the fashion world, and is not to be overlooked. You can view the list of designers that showcased at AFWL here http://africafashionweeklondon.com/africafashionweek/the-show/
Bonafide Supernova’s top picks would have to be:

Patience Please - We absolutely adored this collection, it featured sexy and creative intimates that oozed class, glamour and femininity.

Adebayo Jones this collection was elegant and exquisite, the pictures speak for themselves.
