Eyeshadow Palettes – The Best of the Brights!

Like with anything, every now and then it’s good to change things up and experiment a little with your makeup. One of the easiest and most enjoyable ways to do this is with colour. Trying on a daring new shade of lipstick or going for a bright eye look – whatever it is, colour is something I definitely feel we should embrace more because there’s something out there for everyone.

With this in mind and as we are in the midst of Summer, I thought it would be more than appropriate to take you through some of the best and of course the brightest eyeshadow palettes out there right now:

Urban Decay’s Electric Palette – £38.00

First we have a palette that certainly lives up to its name: Urban Decay’s Electric palette. This is a pressed pigment palette meaning that the colour payoff on these shadows is amazing. The colours are bold and beautiful and are going to make your look stand out for sure. You get 10 dazzling shades in this palette from Revolt – a shimmering silver, to the bright metallic purple that is Urban.

Sugar Pill Sparkle Baby Palette – £24.95

Next off we have the Sugar Pill Sparkle Baby palette. This palette contains 4 cute and colourful shades and the packaging is just adorable. This palette is more on the pastel side and though they’re definitely still bright and fun, the shades are more toned down in comparison to the Electric Palette. If you’re a girly-girl with a love of shimmer, this is definitely the palette for you.

Sleek i-Divine Acid Palette – £7.99

This palette from Sleek is a fraction of the price of the palettes above but I can assure you, it’s not any less pigmented. This palette is full of intense neon shades as well as a handy matte black. There’s a lot you can do with this palette and at £7.99, if you’re just starting out with colour this is great to start with!

So, those were some of the best and my own personal favourite bright eyeshadow palettes! Colour can be a really fun addition to your makeup – be a little daring and add a little colour to your look!
