Last week I attended the Charity Fashion Live party at Barnardo’s charity shop. It was a super cute evening, filled with prosecco, cupcakes, and plenty of designer items to lust after, all for a great cause!
I picked up some new stuff and have styled them in this post. Charity Fashion Live believe that Fashion is for everyone – those who can afford to buy straight off the catwalk and those that can’t. CFL believe in having fun with fashion!
During London Fashion Week their styling aficionado Emma Slade Edmondson challenges herself and her team to recreate LFW looks in real time – as they come out on the catwalk, in a charity shop, using only what’s there at the time.
You can tune in on Instagram @charityfashionlive or twitter @charityfashlive on Saturday 18th February where they showcase how wearable, on trend and beautiful the pieces that can be found in charity shops really are. CFL are also releasing a short film to prove it was all done on the spot and to share all the behind the scenes action and the catwalk reveals.
